Newton North High School graduate wins ABC's Oscar designer contest
Newton North High School graduate, Shawn Reddy, designer and winner. Congratulations, Shawn! You have a bright future ahead.
Three amazing design school graduates competed in the contest to design the perfect Oscars dress for Robin Roberts. An eggplant-colored one shoulder gown, designed by Shawn Reddy, graduate of Newton North High School, was the winning design. Over 40,000 people logged in to vote and more than half preferred Shawn's design.
